Flexible Work Option: No remote option; must work at a specified Cox location. Work Shift: Day. Travel: 5% of the time. Compensation: Hourly base pay $22.07 – $33.13/hour. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or incentive program.

Responsibilities

Represent the dealer sales lane on sale days.
Promote Manheim’s products and services.
Help dealers prepare vehicles for auction.
Negotiate bids, consult on pricing, and offer reconditioning advice.
Solve problems and be the friendly face our clients count on.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field.
Or a higher degree or certification and 5 years of experience in a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast‑paced team environment.
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 15 pounds.
Vision requirements: able to see close, far and in color, judge distances, and adapt to changes in focus.
Preferred: 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
Previous experience in a sales support role.
Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus).
