Responsibilities

Provide account leadership by creating and maintaining actionable account plans to guide strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional experts internally and with GSI & Alliance partners externally to align with global customers and win new business opportunities.
Drive sales strategy by developing a deep understanding of customer priorities, needs, and organizational structure, and by creating tailored account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and balanced growth.
Promote a customer focus by understanding each account’s strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
Conduct pipeline planning, managing and growing a perpetual pipeline while collaborating with support organizations such as marketing, alliance partners, and channels.
Demonstrate proficiency in the Alteryx platform and product portfolio and effectively articulate the Alteryx value proposition.
Build trust by establishing positive relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and dedication to value (counsel, solutions, and implementation expertise).
Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of sales experience with enterprise software sales for a high‑growth company.
At least 5 years of experience selling to and influencing C‑level executives (CFO, CIO, CSO, CDAO, CDO) at Global 2000 companies on six‑to‑seven‑figure deal opportunities.
Strong selling and presentation skills.
Successful experience managing people across functions and geographies to achieve desired outcomes.
Knowledge of and ability to validate experience on value‑selling methodologies, including incorporating Customer Success strategies that drive multiyear enterprise license partnerships.
Compensation

Base salary range (USD): $120,000–$157,500 (x2 OTE, uncapped). In addition to base pay and commission eligibility, the role includes the following:
Monthly Connectivity Plus stipend of $150 to support remote work‑related expenses.
Annual $200 home office reimbursement.
