The Paid Media Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising high-impact digital campaigns that drive measurable business results. This role translates strategic direction into effective campaign execution, delivering performance against client objectives.
You will work closely with media, creative, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are delivered with precision and continuously optimised. Building strong client relationships, providing clear performance insights, and identifying opportunities for growth are central to this role.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Amazon and TikTok.
Participate in client meetings, including evening calls (depending on the client and their time zone), as required.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
Build and manage remarketing audiences to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
Contribute to campaign strategy and identify opportunities to drive growth.
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Deliver against and exceed defined KPIs and performance targets.
Maintain strong attention to detail across campaign setup, management, and reporting.
QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

Strong understanding of paid media platforms, targeting, optimisation, and performance measurement.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience developing and executing performance-focused digital media strategies.
