2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, is hiring part‑time Sales Specialists at Nebraska Furniture Mart locations! We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable part‑time Sales Specialist to join our team and represent our client at the assigned Nebraska Furniture Mart location. In this exciting role, you will be the go‑to expert, engaging with customers, providing in‑depth product knowledge, and helping them find the right devices for their needs and lifestyles. You will also serve as a valuable resource for Nebraska Furniture Mart sales associates, training them on the client’s product ecosystem.
Position Details
Job Type: Regular. Work Location: Nebraska Furniture Mart 1 – Omaha, NE 68114.
Pay: $24.00 per hour.
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (8 hours/day).

Job Description
Proactively engage with shoppers on the sales floor, demonstrating the client’s products and showcasing their value.
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for Nebraska Furniture Mart sales associates on the features, benefits, and sales techniques for the client’s products.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for the client’s products through direct customer interaction and by empowering retail associates.
Forge strong, collaborative relationships with retail management and sales associates to ensure the successful promotion of the client’s products within the store.
Represent the client as a passionate, knowledgeable, and reliable brand ambassador, creating a positive and memorable experience for everyone you interact with.
Maintain product expertise, staying up to date on all new client products, features, and technology to provide accurate and compelling information.
Ensure all client product displays are well‑maintained, stocked, and visually appealing to attract customers and drive sales.
Report on sales performance, market trends, and feedback from customers and store associates to help refine strategies.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for influencing customers and retail associates.

Strong passion for technology and solid understanding of the client’s product ecosystem.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be tech‑savvy and own a smartphone.
Availability to work weekend shifts is required.
