Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is searching for an experienced Sr Corporate Recruiter to support its Sales & Marketing organization. The recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates for commercial sales and leadership positions, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
This hybrid role allows work from the Cartersville or Dalton, GA offices three days a week, emphasizing proactive sourcing and relationship management with sales leaders. Ideal candidates will have a proven background in recruiting within commercial environments and strong negotiation skills.
