Duties

Research and draft FCC pleadings and related filings.
Draft court motions, briefs, and other pleadings.
Prepare for depositions and manage the discovery process.
Strategize to help clients reach regulatory and legislative goals.
Advise on regulatory compliance issues.
Assist with due diligence for transactions.
Requirements

Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA‑accredited law school.
Must be admitted or eligible for admission in the District of Columbia.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Professionalism in engaging with clients and colleagues.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities.
Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.
