Role Overview
Under supervision, responsible for all aspects of corporate sales and analysis both internally and externally. This position combines sales support and analysis at regional and national levels. Reports to the Growth Officer and works closely with many departments, requiring strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the Growth Officer and regional sales to develop relationships with National Producers.
Participate in Business Analysis, project team, or individual meetings with management, preparing discussion topics and presenting information professionally.
Coordinate inquiries and RFPs from producer level.
Provide data analysis, validation, and report development.
Select appropriate business analysis approach.
Organize and synthesize information from customers, vendors, and the market.
Demonstrate skills in creative thinking, decision making, and problem solving.
Create sales brochures and PowerPoints for regional and national use in collaboration with producers.
Support the marketing department when needed.
What You Bring
4‑year Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum 2 years of Sales and Analysis experience.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Creative thinking and ability to seek unconventional solutions.
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Self‑starter who takes ownership and accountability.
Occasional travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay Transparency
The pay range for this position is $56,600–$125,000, which includes geographic adjustments where applicable. Compensation within this range is based on geographic location, qualifications, experience, education, and skill level.
