We are seeking a Men’s Apparel Designer to join our Design Team in Raleigh.
Essential Functions
Creating technical sketches with construction call outs
Owns initial TP set up and lifespan maintenance
Making print pitch sheets with color and print technique call outs
Assist in coordinating and completing special assignments and projects as required
Collaborate with various staff including Design Management in creating boards, color cards/decks as needed
Assists Design Team and Management in miscellaneous tasks such as filling, organizing, scanning, and photocopying when needed
Lab dip/submit review
Vendor communication
Attend fittings and partner with technical team on garment fits & adjustments

Ability to generate fresh ideas and translate them into compelling designs
Works effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Approaches challenges with resourcefulness and adaptability
Strong understanding of design tools and garment construction
Ensures accuracy and consistency in all aspects of design work
Clear and professional in both verbal and written interactions
Desired Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design / Production
2+ years of experience preferred in related field
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Basic knowledge of garment construction and materials
Garment CAD skills
Strong attention to detail
Must be flexible/adaptable, a fast learner and able to manage in a fast-paced environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
