Development, rehabilitation, and operation of quality affordable rental housing for individuals, families, seniors, and those with special needs.

Providing quality resident services for those living at our sites.

The creation of affordable single-family communities.

The PHI Resident Services Program is designed to develop and implement high quality programs to meet the career, recreational, and social needs of the residents living in Pacific Housing developments.

Position Overview
Supports PHI operations by maintaining office systems for development, compliance, and resident service business functions. Focus on creative development of marketing material, content management and assistance on promotional campaigns for the organization and/or specific departments. First point of contact for the public and business partners. Responsible for understanding PHI’s mission and programs to effectively assist with information and direct inquires to the proper department or partner as needed. Position requires clear and accurate communication skills including spoken, written, and visual, and requires working well within a team. Must be able to multi-task and possess the necessary administrative skills to perform expected duties. Primary duties are but not limited to:

Performs, supervises and procures office services including, but not limited to:

coordinate with IT vendor on all IT related needs/repairs.

liaison with office property management

records maintenance and copy/print services;

designing and implementing filing systems;

reception (communications and phones);

manage and order office supplies within organizations’ budget guidelines;

coverage to assist staff and daily operation of organization;

ensure office appears orderly and clean;

communicate with supervisor as to available cost-saving opportunities;

office kitchen cleanliness and restocking snack/beverage items

assist Accounting Specialist with filing and processes

In addition, performs a variety of skilled administrative and clerical duties directly related to Compliance, Development, and Resident Service business functions, such as,

Development

provide project administrative support at the request of COO/President/Director of Asset Management;

ensure meeting spaces are reserved and presentable

document meeting minutes as requested

Resident Services

review reports from individual Resident Services employees and third-party contractors including invoices and attendance records in preparation of regulatory reports;

maintains resident services supplies, equipment and distribution;

serve as primary contact for all Transportation coordination related matters,

collection, input and maintenance of resident services certification documentation;

Marketing

develop advertising and promotional materials that promote the overall mission of organization and departmental goals

oversee content management of social media (and website) that highlights organizational impact

create attractive flyers/brochures
ewsletters, and maintain library of marketing materials and templates

collaboration with regional teams on the creation of marketing materials specific to their goals

Alongside Managing Director of Resident Services, utilize internal resident engagement tracking system (Salesforce) to create and maximize reporting on organizational efforts

Requirements
Qualifications

Ideal candidate for this position has completed high school, and some college education.

Relatable experience in marketing/content creation, project management, administrative and/or similar

Capable of clearing a national criminal background check, including fingerprint scan.

Has at least three - five years of excellent work history
