Job Summary
As a Paid Social Strategist you will plan and evolve full‑funnel paid social programs (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit) to acquire new customers, increase revenue, and grow lifetime value. You’ll leverage data, creative insights, and Bliss Point analytics to make clear decisions, test concepts, and scale winning ideas while keeping waste low.
Key Responsibilities
Client‑Centric:
Convert business goals into a clear paid social plan across prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty. Set expectations, explain options and trade‑offs, and report results in plain language tied to business impact.
The Tinuiti Way:
Pair strong paid social craft (creative+audience+signal) with a growing multi‑channel understanding (Search, Commerce, CRM, Creative). Teach clients and teammates, and document what works so others can reuse it.
Product‑Led:
Use platform features and automation to drive results (Meta Advantage+, TikTok Smart Performance, Pinterest Performance+). Test small, prove value, then scale, applying Bliss Point insights to guide budgets, tests, and creative/audience bets.
Data & Measurement‑Driven:
Design practical tests (holdout/lift, A/B). Define success in advance and keep a regular read cadence. Maintain pixel/CAPI, event mapping, UTMs/GA4 health, and explain data limits when recommending changes.
Owner Mindset:
Act quickly, keep promises, reduce waste (creative fatigue, overlapping audiences, learning‑phase resets), and help your pod adopt better ways of working.
Professional & Technical Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years managing paid social across Meta and TikTok; experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, or Reddit is a plus.
Hands‑on: Meta Advantage+, value optimization, CAPI; TikTok Smart Performance; Pinterest Performance+; audience design; creative testing; basic catalog/DPA.
Technical: Comfortable with GA4 and platform analytics; can design tests and connect media to revenue, CAC, and LTV.
Communication: Senior stakeholder‑ready storytelling; influence across functions; client‑facing presence.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $80,000‑$95,000.
Incentive pay: RevShare monthly variable revenue opportunity and discretionary annual performance bonus.
