General Summary
The Sales Enablement Coordinator supports the development, organization, and delivery of sales content and experiences that help our field teams better engage customers. This role plays an important part in coordinating cross‑functional work, managing enablement platform content, and ensuring sellers have access to up‑to‑date resources that support conversations across cross‑category solution areas, including IoT and other emerging focus areas.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Responsibilities
Coordinate Workstreams and Stakeholder Reviews
Support the project management of sales content creation by tracking progress, scheduling reviews, collecting feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of materials such as presentations, one‑pagers, case studies, battle cards, and related assets.
Administer Enablement Platform User Experiences
Manage updates within the enablement platform, including maintaining pages, sales plays, templates, and user groups. Ensure content is organized, accessible, and easy for sellers to navigate.
Uphold Content Governance
Ensure library of content is tagged, named, and used in accordance with governance standards. Own the content auditing process for select content libraries. Support improvements to governance processes and coach others on correct content management. Train others as needed to ensure content is published consistently.
Own Key Communications and Content Updates
Draft and distribute communications highlighting new or updated sales content. Partner with stakeholders to ensure sellers are informed and able to take advantage of available resources.
Evangelize Sales Enablement Best Practices
Promote the effective use of enablement tools, templates, and processes. Help reinforce standards that support consistency, quality, and strong seller experiences. Provide hands‑on support and guidance to field teams.
Pay Range and Other Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $41.92 - $62.88. Additional benefits include a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants. Our benefits package is designed to support your success at work, at home, and at play.
