The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets, education, work experience and certifications.

Associate Designer – Toddler Boys Apparel
As an Associate Designer supporting Owned Brand Product Design and Development in Kids and Toddler Apparel, you will work under the direction of design leaders to deliver cohesive seasonal product stories that meet design and merchant strategy objectives. While this role is highly collaborative, you will be expected to maintain a self-directed approach, provide accurate and timely communication to internal and external partners, and support trend research, concepts, color, presentation/material boards and product development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research across trend resources, social media, market and guest insights and synthesize influences, big ideas and key items.
Translate aspirational trends into commercially-viable products with strong design taste and point of view.
Collaborate closely with Textile, Fabric/Raw Materials, Technical Design, Merchant and Sourcing teams and external partners.
Create digital presentations and physical presentations that showcase brand and item vision for the season through samples, hand or computer-aided illustrations.
Own and assist the team in preparing product development direction, entering it into the PLM system, CAD sketching, updating product line sheets or colored CADS, and creating color and material palettes.
Maintain diligent, self-directed workload and provide accurate and timely communication to partners.
About You
Four-year degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
0-4 years of experience.
Computer design system skills including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, NewArc, etc.
Experience in CAD illustration or 2D/3D software.
Keen eye for detail and nuance within trend & fashion, with a passion for elevated, aspirational design perspective.
Understanding of textiles, garment construction/fit, raw materials and product production.
Effective communicator who can give direction to cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Ability to research and apply relevant market/trend information.
Curious and positive self-starter.
Strong partnership building and collaboration skills across various levels.
