2nd Shift Production Supervisor – Automotive Lean Leader

Adient is looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily production functions in Clanton, Alabama. This individual will oversee team members, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while driving productivity and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive, and must be able to work the 2nd shift from 5:00pm to 3:30am.
