What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead operations for our U.S. fitness studio. This is a unique opportunity to help build a global wellness brand in the U.S. market from the ground up.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in studio or operations management, preferably within the fitness (gym, yoga, or pilates) or wellness industry
- Experience managing multiple outlets or locations, ensuring consistent service standards and operational performance
- Familiarity with market trends on the West Coast of the US and customer-oriented
- Proven team leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of service and professionalism
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Independent, decisive nature, and willingness to business trip as needed
- Experience in international brand expansion (a strong advantage).

- Reporting & Analysis : Prepare performance reports and analyze data for operational insights
