Job Title: Production Technician Night Shift
Job Description
The Production Technician works in a controlled cleanroom environment to manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). In this role, you follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings, to ensure consistent, high-quality products. You contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented operation where accuracy, reliability, and adherence to procedures are essential.
Responsibilities
Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers according to established procedures and quality standards.
Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and technical drawings to complete production tasks accurately and consistently.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, cleanroom production environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Perform general production, assembly, and assembly line tasks, including preparation, component handling, and final packaging.
Carry out basic data entry tasks to document production activities and complete required training modules.
Adhere strictly to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and all applicable safety and quality guidelines.
Use hand tools and production equipment safely and correctly as part of daily operations.
Handle materials in a warehouse or production setting, including moving, staging, and organizing items as needed.
Follow cleanroom gowning procedures, including use of gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, safety glasses, and other required PPE.
Apply chemical hygiene practices when working with disinfectants, solvents, and isopropyl alcohol (IPA).
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and support a positive, team-oriented work culture.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area in accordance with cleanroom and safety standards.
Perform repetitive motions such as gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling while maintaining product quality and safety.
Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift to support continuous production flow.
Occasionally lift and handle materials up to 40 lbs unassisted in a safe manner.
Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while following cGMP requirements.
Basic computer skills to complete training modules and perform simple data entry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions.
Good verbal and written communication skills to understand instructions and document work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address issues that arise during production.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and move for up to 10 hours per day, with possible overtime.
Ability to perform frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion tasks.
Ability to occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted.
Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adherence to safety protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
One (1) year of production experience is preferred but not required.
Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Familiarity with chemical hygiene practices when working with disinfectants, solvents, and IPA.
Comfort using hand tools and basic production equipment.
Ability to adapt to a fast-growing operation with evolving processes and procedures.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
