Job Responsibilities

Market Assessment: Identifying and evaluating new markets, partners, channels, and customers.
Networking: Developing a wide network of contacts to stay informed about industry trends and market actions.
Research and Analysis: Studying the business environment, competitors, and customers to generate ideas for new products, services, pricing, and business models.
Financial Feasibility: Directing financial feasibility studies, proposal development, and negotiations for new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support business development plans.
Job Qualifications

Ability to network internally and externally to the benefit of the sales team.
Ability to create and present new sales initiatives.
Strong sales background with a drive to sell, build, and maintain relationships.
Ability to coach and train on new strategies for effective sales and account management.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with strict deadlines.
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and effectively manage and reprioritize work in a changing environment.
Ability to adapt to changing environment with a positive "can‑do" attitude to work.
Strong attention to detail.
Good time management skills, using time effectively and efficiently and concentrating efforts on the more important priorities.
Action oriented, full of energy for the things seen as challenging, not being afraid to act with a minimum amount of planning, seizing more opportunities than others.
Having considerable perseverance and a need to finish, seldom giving up before finishing, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks.

Excellent presentation skills, effective in a variety of formal presentation settings, one‑on‑one, small, and large groups, with peers, direct reports, and bosses.
