Walk into the box and close like its their last deal on earth — every time
Hit and beat $3,000+ PVR consistently with a 100% menu presentation rate
Build deals lenders want to buy and customers want to sign
Maintain bulletproof compliance (Safeguards, OFAC, Red Flags, TILA)
Hold CSI scores that reflect the three-pointed star on the building
Mentor the desk, coach the floor, and run F&I like you own it
