QUALIFICATIONS
Experience designing role-based technical training programs
Strong expertise in instructional design, microlearning, and adult learning principles
Ability to create training materials: presentations, scripts, labs, and assessments
Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.)
Ability to simplify AI/automation concepts into clear, practical learning modules
Secondary (Good to Have)
Familiarity with AI/ML or Generative AI tools
Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies
Experience creating video-based learning and interactive simulations
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create and deliver role-based AI training that enables employees to effectively use AI tools in their day-to-day work. This role translates complex AI capabilities into practical, engaging learning experiences that drive measurable adoption, productivity, and business value across the organization.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop engaging AI training content tailored to different business roles
Break down AI concepts into easy-to-understand microlearning modules
Create instructor‑led and self‑paced learning materials, including labs and assessments
Partner with AI, IT, and business teams to understand use cases and translate them into training
Enable employees to confidently adopt AI tools in their workflows
Track training adoption, feedback, and effectiveness metrics
Continuously improve learning materials based on user feedback and evolving AI capabilities
