Key Responsibilities
Execute B2B omni-channel marketing strategies by translating global brand priorities into tailored account plans that drive regional engagement, wholesale growth, and premium brand consistency across retail partner channels.
Manage co‑op marketing budgets and campaign execution end‑to‑end, including forecasting, accruals, invoice processing, campaign calendars, asset distribution, and performance analysis to optimize ROI and future investments.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, and retail partners to develop digital and in‑store marketing campaigns, optimize social and search advertising, coordinate seasonal planning, and improve B2B marketing processes and efficiencies.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of marketing experience within premium performance, specialty retail, or high‑growth omnichannel environments, with expertise in wholesale and B2B account marketing and integrated multi‑channel campaign execution.
Strong financial, analytical, and digital marketing skills, including co‑op budget management, forecasting, ROI analysis, and optimization of social media and paid search campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and brand growth.
Highly organized and collaborative project manager with excellent communication skills, proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines independently, and a passion for premium brand storytelling and partner activations.
Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to work in a fast‑paced office and retail environment, including extended periods of sitting, computer use, and participation in meetings, presentations, and partner events. The position may also require occasional travel, standing for extended periods during activations or events, and the ability to lift and transport marketing materials up to 25 pounds as needed.
