What You’ll Do

Design graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, and print materials

Assist with branding and brand refresh projects

Create layouts for brochures, signage, presentations, and marketing materials

Collaborate with the DMC team on creative campaigns and client projects

Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients and platforms

Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative strategy meetings

Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines

Demonstrate strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design

Show creativity with strong attention to detail

Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills

Have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign preferred)

Portfolio showcasing design work and creativity

Adapt to a variety of client industries

Have 1+ year of professional experience in a graphic design role

Experience with video editing and content creation

Basic photography and videography knowledge

Website design and maintenance familiarity
