We are looking for an Entry-Level Reliability Test Technician to support reliability testing and validation in a lab environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates looking to grow their experience working with hardware systems and test processes.

Responsibilities
Execute reliability test plans and validation procedures
Set up and operate environmental test equipment (thermal, shock, vibration)
Assemble and disassemble hardware using basic tools
Collect and document test data and results
Maintain accurate documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Manage lab inventory, including test units, tools, and consumables
Follow established safety protocols and lab procedures
Requirements
Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills & Experience
1+ year of experience in a reliability or manufacturing test environment
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
Familiarity with electronic components and mechanical enclosures
Experience with environmental and reliability testing (HALT, HASS, HAST)
Strong organizational and documentation skills

Additional Requirements
Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday during business hours
Ability to lift, move, and set up test equipment and samples
