Ideal Candidate Profile
Do you have:
A strong drive for personal and financial achievement through serving customers
A positive presence in your local community and a desire to make an impact

Demonstrated success driving business results (insurance or non-insurance backgrounds considered)
A strong track record in external sales, leadership, business ownership, or management
Entrepreneurial traits, including time and income ownership
A passion for networking, relationship building, and customer retention
The financial ability to start, scale, and sustain a business
The organizational skills to operate and assume the risks of business ownership
A desire and capacity to build, lead, and serve a team as a

Texas General Lines Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses
