CRM Specialist - remote part time freelance

Our client, a growing name in the CPG space is seeking a CRM Specialist to support email and SMS operations. This is a remote, part time role (25 hours a week). Must be US based and able to work PST hours if located in another time zone.

Role: CRM Specialist
Location: Remote but must be able to work daytime pacific hours: 10 AM - 3 PM PT
Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day CRM operations and execution across email and SMS channels
• Own campaign setup, QA, deployment, and optimization
• Build and manage audience segmentation, customer journeys, and automated programs
• Analyze campaign and lifecycle performance, identify trends, and provide actionable reporting
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align CRM strategy with broader marketing goals

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of CRM management experience in a consumer brand, e-commerce, or related environment
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive, or similar
• Strong understanding of campaign calendars, automations, segmentation, personalization, and email/SMS best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Comfortable using data to evaluate performance and recommend improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
