Role Overview

The Producer oversees all aspects of live UFC event production, leading studio programming and in‑arena fight coverage across broadcast and digital platforms while managing creative execution, technical coordination, and real‑time storytelling for seamless live event delivery.
Responsibilities

Serve as line producer for UFC studio & remote desk shows and shoulder programming (pre/post shows, weigh‑in shows, etc.).
Coordinate with staff producers, editors, and graphic artists to deliver high‑quality UFC programming that is entertaining, informative, and promotional.
Collaborate with producers, videographers, and crews to conceptualize feature content for live event broadcasts.
Provide guidance and quality assurance on the delivery of broadcast assets.
Work closely with on‑air talent in the direction of live broadcasts.
Assist in the development and production of new show segments and shoulder programming.
Maintain strict deadlines in the distribution of formats and rundowns.
Research subjects and storylines to produce informative and compelling content.
Write scripts for show opens, teases, features, and promotional spots.
Communicate production and programming schedules to marketing contacts to devise promotional support.
Ensure proper production support and resolve production issues as they arise.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
7+ years in television production.
5+ years producing in studio or remote environments.
3+ years of demonstrated writing experience.
Very high level of creativity.
Strong knowledge of production equipment and post‑production applications.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Flexible and responsive to evolving and changing objectives.
Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Emphasizes strong communication across all projects.
Motivated leader capable of working within a team or independently.
Ability to travel frequently.
Comfortable with a non‑conventional 9‑5/M‑F schedule with regular weekend work.
Deep knowledge of MMA & UFC desired.
