We operate internationally and focus on regions like Central Asia, helping local talent access global career opportunities. We’re looking for a proactive and creative SMM Manager to join our team and help us build a strong and engaging presence on social media.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Managing and growing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts

Creating and executing content plans

Writing and publishing posts in English

Responding to comments and direct messages

Engaging with the audience

Commenting on posts of potential clients on LinkedIn

Analyzing content performance and preparing basic reports

Monitoring trends and suggesting new ideas

Contributing to overall SMM strategy

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (must-have)

At least 1 year of experience in SMM (preferred)

Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms

Strong copywriting and written communication skills

Attention to detail, responsibility, and proactiveness
