Job Description:

As an Engagement Manager, you will lead high-impact consulting engagements, partnering with top-tier clients to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results. We seek dynamic individuals with 2-5 years of successful corporate experience, including P&L ownership, in a rigorous manufacturing environment. You should have a proven record of CEO and Board-level communication, showcasing your ability to make impactful presentations and engage with C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead consulting engagements focused on business transformation, operational optimization, and strategic planning.
Work with client teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process efficiency.
Utilize your innate quantitative reasoning capability and deep insights to drive data-driven decisions and achieve desired outcomes.
As a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing strategic guidance and actionable recommendations based on industry best practices.
Demonstrate leadership and resilience, always ensuring project success under all conditions.
Travel extensively and work directly on client sites weekly, leveraging your expertise across multiple industries and business competencies.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving long-term value creation for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

MS or MBA in operations management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of successful corporate experience with P&L ownership, preferably in a Fortune 1000 organization.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with C-level executives.
Proven history of driving results, achieving business goals, and delivering client value.
Ability to travel extensively (100% weekly travel - fly out Sunday, return home on Friday) and work effectively in dynamic client environments.
Authorization to work in the

US or Canada without requiring relocation.
