We are seeking an Architectural Marketing Specialist to coordinate and manage the production of architectural marketing assets for assigned divisions. This role is responsible for overseeing the creation, review, and delivery of floor plans, marketing inserts, virtual renderings, and related architectural materials used by both customers and internal teams. The position works closely with third-party vendors and cross-functional departments to ensure deliverables are accurate, aligned with architectural requirements, and completed on schedule.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize architectural knowledge and AutoCAD experience to perform quality assurance reviews and identify required revisions or corrections
Coordinate and oversee the production of architectural marketing assets including master floor plans, option details, community-specific floor plans, printed brochure inserts, interactive floor plans, and virtual rendered tours
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and third-party vendors throughout the production process
Manage multiple projects and outstanding items simultaneously to support timely completion of deliverables
Review, proof, and manage floor plan deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to production timelines
Collaborate with Purchasing, Architecture, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistency between construction documents, options, and marketing materials
Track projects and maintain documentation using internal systems to support assigned division needs and production deadlines
Follow internal procedures related to project tracking and document management
Support additional departmental or project-related responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree or equivalent certification
Experience reading architectural plans and working with AutoCAD
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Production coordination or related experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on outstanding items effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to changing priorities and processes
Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator is preferred
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
Project management experience is ideal
Residential construction or homebuilding industry experience is a plus
