Your Responsibilities

* Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations

* Follow up with leads to kindle interest and guide them through the hiring process

* Keep accurate and current records within our applicant management system

* Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful placements stemming from your leads
