Role and Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership: You lead and develop the entire VSX sales organization to the next level – from key account management, regional sales to sales control. You support the team through management, goal agreements, regular performance reviews, and individual coaching.
Sales and Marketing Strategy: You define cross-channel strategies for the TV & Audio product area with a focus on the development of the sell-out based sales strategy of all sales channels (retail, online, hybrid).
Reporting & Forecasting: You develop a meaningful reporting for sales control with your team, create regular forecasts, and provide data-driven decision-making bases for management.
Goal and Budget Responsibility: You plan, control, and achieve ambitious sales and revenue goals – while keeping an eye on costs and efficiency.
Negotiation and Networking Professional: You negotiate with our most important partners, manage escalations confidently, and build sustainable customer relationships.
Market Analyst and Impulse Giver: You observe trends, analyze competitors, and develop innovative concepts from this to strengthen our market position.
Business Partner: You act as a sparring partner for the VP VSX and take over his representation if necessary.
Skills and Qualifications

Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing
Long-term experience in consumer sales, ideally in the consumer electronics sector (TV & Audio)
Proven leadership experience and enthusiasm for team and organizational development
Sound knowledge of sales, marketing, and channel strategies
Strong analytical skills as well as experience in budget planning, reporting, and forecasting
Strong negotiating skills and customer orientation
Passion to challenge the status quo and drive new initiatives
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions under pressure.
