Digital Marketing & Advertising Strategist
This role sits at the intersection of data-driven marketing strategy and hands-on campaign execution, focused on delivering measurable performance across paid digital channels. You will manage end-to-end advertising programs for a portfolio of client accounts, primarily within search, social, display, and video environments. The position combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, requiring constant optimization based on performance insights and client objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex campaign data into clear recommendations and business outcomes. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner with analytics, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery. This is a remote-first role with occasional client engagement and travel expectations, offering strong exposure to large-scale digital advertising ecosystems.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel paid digital marketing strategies across search, social, display, and video platforms. You will manage multiple client accounts, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance, engagement, and ROI while aligning with each client's business goals.
Design and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other digital advertising channels
Optimize campaigns through keyword research, audience segmentation, ad creation, and performance monitoring
Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations and strategic adjustments
Maintain strong client relationships through regular performance reporting, presentations, and strategic review meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and campaign execution
Troubleshoot campaign issues and proactively implement optimizations to improve results and client satisfaction
Document all client interactions, optimizations, and decisions in CRM systems to ensure transparency and continuity
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in digital advertising, client-facing communication, and performance marketing strategy. You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments where analytical thinking and client management are equally important.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
At least 1+ year of experience in digital advertising (SEM, paid social, display, or video)
1+ year of experience in a client-facing, account management, or customer success role
Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and performance metrics
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to clients and stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Google or Microsoft advertising certifications are a plus
