Your Responsibilities

* Utilize our specialized platform along with your network to source potential healthcare candidates

* Reach out to candidates to discuss opportunities at MLR and assess their interest

* Arrange meetings between candidates and recruiters for in-depth screenings

* Keep in touch with leads to sustain their interest and support them throughout the hiring process

* Ensure records in our applicant tracking system are up to date and accurate

* Earn commission based on the meetings you set, interviews that result from your outreach, and hires made from your leads

Compensation Structure

This position is commission-based, allowing for unlimited earning potential. Your success knows no bounds.

Your earnings will be directly reflective of the value you generate:

* Commission for each meeting you schedule that leads to a qualified candidate

* Additional compensation for interviews that result from your outreach efforts

* Multiples on commission for new business you introduce

* Bonus commission for successful placements stemming from your leads
