PR Coordinator

Reflex Media, New York, NY, USA

Job type: Full Time

PR Coordinator

Early-career operators welcome to apply. Seeking.com is the world's largest premium dating platform, and we are in the middle of the most important chapter of our brand transformation. The PR Coordinator is the entry seat onto our in-house PR and Communications team, reporting to the Senior PR Manager. This is one of the best roles in the company for a hungry, early-career operator who wants to learn PR by doing it, in a small team that ships fast.
You will not be making the coffee. From week one you will be drafting pitches, tracking media coverage, supporting the casting of Seeking members for press interviews, building media lists, and learning how to pitch journalists from someone doing it at a senior level. You will also be on-call to step in front of a camera or microphone yourself when needed.
This is the right role for someone two years out of school (or with one to two years of PR or journalism experience) who is hungry, organized, AI-native, and willing to do the work. The job is not glamorous every day. Done well, it is the fastest way to become a PR Specialist or Senior PR Manager in three to five years.

Morning media monitoring; compile a coverage summary by the team stand-up
Draft a pitch or press release for the Senior PR Manager and PR Specialist's review
