Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Customer Experience Specialist position at a manufacturing company. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers full time hours, either 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm. The pay is $24.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact with customers
Create, update, and manage item numbers and bills of material
Manage customer orders within ERP system
Communicate order updates, production dates, and potential delays
Facilitate product requirements and specs between customers and internal teams
Candidates must have 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Exceptional communication and organization skills are a must. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
