Senior Medical Editor

Leading editorial quality and regulatory compliance, the full-time Senior Medical Editor will review and edit promotional content, ensure adherence to FDA guidelines, and collaborate with project teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities

Review and edit promotional materials for grammar, style, and consistency across various formats
Fact check and proofread content, ensuring accuracy and compliance with medical and regulatory standards
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other editors to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, or life sciences
5+ years of experience editing pharmaceutical promotional materials in an agency environment
Experience across a range of therapeutic areas and product launches
Familiarity with editorial software and/or AI tools
Experience anchoring/linking in Veeva is a plus
