Position Overview

The Digital Designer will design front‑end solutions for brand digital websites, emails, advertisements, social media, and blogs. This role requires strong visual and interactive design skills, a solid understanding of user experience and web technologies, and effective collaboration with in‑house designers, developers, marketing, and brand teams. The designer may serve as the sole designer on select projects and will work under the UI/UX Design Manager and the e‑commerce team.
Responsibilities

Creating and designing engaging and effective design solutions that engage the consumer across mobile, desktop, email, and social platforms.
Create digital assets for multimedia projects, including website graphics, banner advertisements, and interactive displays.
Translating marketing and business needs into dynamic and innovative solutions that provide the best possible user experiences.
Collaborating with the e‑commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image while meeting usability and website standards.
Execute marketing stories with the e‑commerce, digital, and email positions.
Follow brand style guidelines to keep websites and emails cohesive with marketing campaigns.
Update and create new website UI using design systems.
Communicating ideas by means of pencil sketches, wireframes, and mockups in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or other wireframing tools.
Help coordinate content management software and dynamic imaging platform.
Prepping designs for handing over to developers (redlines, specs, and organized to‑size files).
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communications, product design, UI design, or a related field.
Understanding of the fundamentals of visual communication.
Strong knowledge of design software programs including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierePro, InDesign) and mockup programs like Figma.
Awareness of emerging design technologies and tools, including AI‑assisted design platforms, with the ability to apply them to improve workflows, efficiency, and creative output.
Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to design problems through effective design.
Experience with designing e‑commerce websites, emails, or advertising.
Experience with photo and video editing.
Experience with working in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to communicate user experience and interface design through sketches, user flows, and wireframes.
Knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques and understanding of user behavior as it relates to design.
Must be organized, self‑motivated, and able to switch rapidly between different projects in a fast‑paced environment.

May be required to lift 5–30 pounds occasionally.
