Working remotely on a long-term contract basis, the Social Media Content Specialist will develop and execute strategic social media marketing initiatives for a portfolio of entrepreneurs and business leaders, focusing on content creation, performance analytics, and visual storytelling primarily on LinkedIn.
Key responsibilities
Develop high-quality social media content and graphics that enhance Members' online presence and engagement
Build and manage evergreen content calendars while repurposing long-form assets into engaging social-first narratives
Conduct digital audits and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights for content optimization
Required qualifications
Proven success in implementing and optimizing LinkedIn strategies for executive or personal brands
Proficiency with Canva and experience creating impactful content that drives engagement
Strong understanding of UTM tracking and digital performance attribution
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Portfolio or examples of social media content demonstrating versatility and effectiveness in various formats
