We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Account Manager, Premium Service

within the Ticket Sale and Service Department. This role focuses on engaging top businesses in the Phoenix area to service our premium club spaces and sell suite rentals & group opportunities. The primary focus will be engaging current clients to optimize experience, renew their premium book of business, and drive new business through referrals, cross‑sells, and face‑to‑face meetings, with the ability to sell the full menu.

What You Will Do

Build relationships with premium clientele, set appointments, execute renewal presentations in a face‑to‑face format, and close sales.

Set and conduct out‑of‑office sales meetings throughout the Phoenix area and host appointments at our arena.

Entertain, cultivate, and improve relationships with clients and prospects through creative means including networking events, speaking engagements, one‑on‑one dinners/lunches, prospect sampling at games, seat visits at games, and outside meetings.

Be willing to work non‑traditional hours, weekends, and game days.

Accountable for activity levels (outbound touchpoints and appointments) and closed sales goals.

Maintain an optimistic, team‑first demeanor and a competitive desire to be the best.

Possess strong interpersonal skills for face‑to‑face presentations.

Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

What We Need From Our Account Manager, Premium Service

Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and effectively influence and connect with C‑Level executives.

Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics and/or Ticketmaster Archtics is a plus.

Strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports.

Experience / Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Minimum of 3 years in sports ticket sales & service‑related experience with a focus on B2B; B2B service experience is a plus.

Work Environment & Benefits

Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.

Mainly indoors; exposure to extreme weather is minimal.

Sedentary work with occasional exertion up to 10 pounds.

Ability to carry on conversations both on the phone and in person.

Read, write, and speak English fluently.
