Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Inside Sales Manager will focus on coaching, pipeline management, and driving revenue growth while ensuring a hands-on approach to deal execution in a remote-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives, conducting regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
Own pipeline health and forecast accuracy, ensuring proper qualification of opportunities and coaching reps on deal strategies
Enforce consistent sales processes and collaborate with Field Sales, SDRs, and Marketing for effective alignment and handoffs
Required Qualifications
3 to 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
Prior experience managing or leading inside sales teams is preferred
Demonstrated success in qualifying and closing opportunities, not just generating leads
Strong deal coaching and pipeline inspection skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
