Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to products and services while acting as a liaison between customers and various departments in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities

Respond to telephone and email inquiries, ensuring high-quality customer service
Research and resolve customer problems, including those related to fraud and internet operations
Obtain thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations to assist customers effectively

Required qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service training/experience or 18 months of prior customer service experience
Completion of specialized skill training
Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
Experience in handling customer interactions, particularly with unsatisfied customers
