Job Summary
Responsible for all post‑sale activities of assigned clients and associated campaigns, including post‑sale stewardship, inventory management, post‑sale reporting, creating a strategic make‑good/under‑delivery plan, and providing exceptional execution of client campaigns. Acts as a key business partner providing oversight in a complex and critical environment for the full life‑cycle of the client campaign.
Core Responsibilities
Manage and facilitate the fulfillment of larger contracts with more specific and complex requirements, revisions and copy into a traffic‑ready status, including transferring orders from sales to traffic/stewardship, facilitating copy instructions and related communications between clients and traffic, and processing revisions as required.
Serve as the primary business partner to traffic and other departments to ensure fulfillment of any special requirements by interpreting contract requirements, researching discrepancies or inconsistencies, and developing and implementing alternative solutions.
Develop partnership with the sales organization to lead all efforts to maintain and manage the execution of the entire client campaign life cycle, such as making schedule changes, developing and implementing efficiencies and opportunities, and acting as the first responder for any client issues that arise.
Develop and execute alternative solutions to ensure attainment of client expectations and to resolve issues for make‑good/under‑delivery.
Review and act on pre‑empt notices, oversell reports and other related inventory information.
Develop ad hoc performance reports, provide analysis, insight and recommendations to enhance the success of current and future campaign performance, such as ratings achievements and run rates.
Develop best practices or solutions to improve campaign processes and define metrics to measure process effectiveness.
Exercise consistent independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless campaign execution and resolve client needs.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues quickly, propose solutions, and drive timely resolution.
2–5 years of experience in account management, campaign management, client services, or a related role within media, advertising, or digital marketing.
Prior experience with programmatic advertising, CTV/OTT platforms, or ad‑tech ecosystems is highly preferred.

Salary
Primary Location Pay Range: $68,045.39 – $102,068.08
Targeted Commission: $14,118.00
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non‑sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Additionally, Comcast provides best‑in‑class Benefits to eligible employees.
