Physician's Choice is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This isn't a role for someone who wants to clock in and execute a queue — we need a sharp, proactive designer who brings ideas to the table, understands the full scope of our brand, and can move fluidly across packaging, digital, social, and e-commerce.
You'll work closely with our packaging lead to ensure seamless coverage and consistency across all product lines, while also owning digital and social creative from concept to delivery. You're someone who stays curious about where the brand can grow, asks questions before they need to be asked, and brings a level of craft and strategic thinking that elevates everything you touch.

What You'll Own:
Social & Paid Digital
Design high-performing creative for social media (organic and paid) across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
Produce digital ad creative for paid campaigns, including static, motion, and carousel formats
Collaborate with marketing to understand campaign goals and translate them into thumb-stopping visuals
Amazon & E-Commerce
Create and optimize Amazon listing assets including main images, lifestyle imagery, infographics, A+ Content, and brand storefront pages
Design product detail page content with conversion in mind — you understand what makes a shopper click Add to Cart
Generate and test digital product renders using AI tools and traditional design workflows
Brand Stewardship
Be a guardian of the Physician's Choice brand — ensure consistency across every touchpoint, from packaging to digital to retail
Help evolve and document brand standards as the company grows
Partner with cross-functional teams to educate on brand guidelines and push back (kindly) when standards are at risk
Photo & Video Art Direction
Art direct or assist on photo and video shoots — from shot lists and mood boards to on-set direction
Leverage AI image generation tools to produce lifestyle and product imagery at speed
Manage and edit assets post-shoot, ensuring final deliverables are on-brand and production-ready
Launch Planning & Growth Mindset
Proactively plan creative timelines around product launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments — don't wait to be told what's coming
Bring new ideas forward: emerging design trends, tools, platform formats, or brand opportunities you've spotted
Take ownership of your craft — seek feedback, iterate, and push the work to be better every time
Packaging
Serve as the go-to backup for our packaging lead — ready to step in and own the work at any time with no drop in quality or momentum
Maintain deep familiarity with all active packaging systems, templates, dielines, and production specs so handoffs are seamless
Support packaging projects as needed, from concepting new SKUs to preparing print-ready files
What We're Looking For
5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma a plus
Hands-on experience designing Amazon listings and A+ Content with a clear understanding of conversion-focused design
Experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) and comfort experimenting with new technology
Solid understanding of print production, including dielines, color profiles, and working with vendors
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
A proactive communicator who flags issues early, asks smart questions, and doesn't need to be micromanaged
A genuine curiosity about brand growth, consumer behavior, and what makes great creative — not just what looks good
Nice to Have
Experience in the health, wellness, or CPG space
Motion design or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut)
Familiarity with Canva for creating templatized assets for non-designer use
