Our client, a boutique bi-coastal talent agency representing high-profile creatives and tastemakers, is seeking a driven Talent Manager to join their NY based team. Their client roster spans top tier fashion, entertainment and media talent with a focus on taste, skill and credibility.
Responsibilities
Manage day to day client business for assigned clients
Be the liaison between clients and buyers
Strategize outgoing pitches, field incoming requests, negotiations, and project manage deals.
Research, Pursue and sign new talent
Support in management and ideas for all agency talent
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Talent Management
Experience working with both clients and buyers
Existing network of professionals and tastemakers, as well as buyers across industry
Experience pitching, fielding, and negotiating deals, including a basic knowledge of the relevant legal principals
Strong knowledge of the entertainment, fashion, and media industries
Best-in-class communication and an entrepreneurial approach
Salary Range: $80,000-100,000
