Times10 is seeking an experienced Freelance Experiential Producer to support the execution of a large-scale branded experiential activation taking place in New York City during summer 2026.

This role is ideal for a highly organized producer with deep experience managing tradeshow, event, and experiential marketing activations. The Producer will serve as the operational lead across venue partners, vendors, fabrication teams, staffing agencies, and event stakeholders to ensure flawless execution from pre-production through load-out.

This is a contract-based engagement requiring both pre-event planning and onsite event management in New York City.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary operational lead throughout pre-production, installation, event days, and strike

Coordinate venue requirements, exhibitor services, labor, logistics, compliance, permitting, and vendor management

Manage fabrication timelines and serve as liaison between creative teams and production vendors

Source and coordinate furniture, décor, rentals, specialty vendors, staffing, and event services

Oversee shipping, material handling, warehousing, inventory management, and onsite logistics

Coordinate labor schedules, installation timelines, and production workflows

Manage onsite event operations and troubleshoot issues in real-time

Coordinate security, guest flow, staffing, and programming logistics

Track project milestones, deadlines, budgets, and operational risks

Provide regular status updates, production reports, and post-event recap documentation

Qualifications

5+ years of experiential, event production, tradeshow, or live event management experience

Strong knowledge of convention center operations, union labor environments, exhibitor services, and large-scale event logistics

Experience coordinating fabrication vendors, freight, warehousing, and onsite installation

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and making decisions in fast-paced environments

Excellent communication and project management skills

Experience with major consumer events, trade shows, sporting events, festivals, or branded activations preferred

New York City area preferred

Must be available for onsite work during event installation, show days, and strike

Engagement Details

Freelance / Independent Contractor

Approximately 150-200 project hours

Pre-production beginning immediately

Onsite event dates in July 2026

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
