Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise account management and customer success for strategic travel and hospitality accounts
Drive customer growth, retention, and revenue performance through strategic planning and execution
Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing programs to enhance client engagement and growth
Required Qualifications
12-18+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or commercial leadership roles
Strong background in hospitality, travel, or enterprise SaaS environments
Proven success in managing enterprise portfolios with a focus on revenue and retention
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA preferred
Deep expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO and AI-driven solutions
