Owning Seekr's brand and creative output, the full-time salaried Creative Production Director will manage video production, brand visual identity, and creative strategy while collaborating closely with various marketing functions, operating in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of Seekr's brand visual identity and video production capabilities
Direct external creative agency relationships and manage in-house creative teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign creative, product visualization, and event design

Required qualifications

12+ years of creative leadership experience in a B2B technology company, with a focus on brand and creative output
Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, video production, and campaign creative
Experience in building or scaling video production capabilities from concept to delivery
Proven ability to manage creative teams and direct external agencies
Familiarity with AI tools in creative workflows and comfort with technical AI subject matter
