Driving growth within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vertical, the full-time remote Mid-Market Sales Director will manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation, develop account strategies, and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
Key responsibilities
Head the complete sales cycle, collaborating with clients and solutions consultants to close deals across all product lines
Continuously drive pipeline growth and manage its stages while articulating the value of solutions with quantifiable ROI
Serve as a catalyst for change by refining and implementing improvements in existing sales strategies
Required qualifications
At least 2-3 years of experience in an individual contributor role selling technology/SaaS
Proven record of meeting or exceeding annual sales goals and successfully prospecting new clients at senior levels
Strong knowledge of the sales process, including pipeline management and forecasting
Experience negotiating and renewing strategic partnerships with high revenue impact
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior executives
