Associate Inside Sales Manager

Supporting the West Coast Sales Team, the full-time remote Associate Inside Sales Manager will achieve lead generation goals, develop social selling techniques, and collaborate with Business Development Directors to expand client relationships.
Key responsibilities:

Achieves quarterly and annual lead generation goals as outlined in the sales incentive compensation plan
Develops sales cadence and follows up on leads while maintaining frequent contact with clients
Collaborates with Business Development Directors to create territory plans and manage client expectations

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Communications, or a related field
Internship, co-op, or academic project experience demonstrating exposure to sales or customer engagement
Foundational understanding of sales concepts and customer relationship management
Demonstrated interest or experience in social selling and digital engagement tools
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
