Key Responsibilities
Own paid acquisition strategy and performance targets across channels
Manage customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and optimize for profitable growth
Lead channel execution and optimize conversion rates through experimentation
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition in consumer tech or fintech
Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition programs efficiently
Deep expertise in major paid channels such as paid social and search
Strong analytical skills with experience in managing CAC, LTV, and attribution models
Experience in building creative testing frameworks and collaborating with Brand teams
