Driving the creative and technical vision for an unannounced project, the remote Audio Director will develop an engaging audio strategy, manage a small team of audio developers, and collaborate with a cross-discipline team to enhance player experience through innovative sound design.

Develop, communicate, and execute a joyful audio vision aligned with project goals
Provide clear objectives and creative direction while fostering team members' growth
Coordinate with project leadership to address audio staffing needs and manage asset creation
Required qualifications
Proven ability to define and deliver an audio vision for interactive projects
Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including designers and programmers
Strong understanding of audio workflows and interactive audio systems
Ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity while maintaining a creative vision
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack and JIRA
