Key Responsibilities
Define and document the brand's voice, visual identity, and strategic positioning
Own organic social media strategy and execution, building an engaged community
Drive PR and cultural activations to enhance brand visibility and story
Required Qualifications
6-10 years in brand marketing, creative strategy, or brand management, preferably in food/bev or better-for-you CPG
Experience managing a brand's voice and visual identity
Deep understanding of cultural trends and dynamics
Experience managing agencies, creators, and production partners
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment
